Upon notification, our courier partner will arrange for the return pickup within 24-48 hours, providing a return packing slip for your convenience. In case pickup isn't available in your area, please send the package back to us in its original condition, and we'll reimburse up to INR 100/- for courier charges.
To expedite the process, please email us the AWB number, courier name, your name, order number, and the product SKU. Ensure the product is returned with tags, original packaging, invoice, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
We accept returns within 7 days for replacement or exchange. Upon receipt, we'll issue a Rs.100 coupon code for return shipping charges. Please note, damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application are not covered under our Returns Policy.
On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that zatki.com may peruse the same in future, to avoid such occurrences in future.
